HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

1. Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, simply select your size and click on the button ‘ADD TO BAG'.

2. You can review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page.

3. You can use the “Remove Item” icon (next to subtotal) to delete items from your shopping bag.

4. Enter your delivery address in the “ESTIMATED DELIVERY” section to get a quote and select your DELIVERY METHOD.

5. Finally, click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can shop at GRACIAWOMAN without creating an account.

However, you will need to register with us to track your orders and review old purchases. Also, you can save your address and card details so you can shop quicker next time you wish to make a purchase with us. It is very easy to create an account with us: Simply click on “LOG IN” and then click on the button “CREATE AN ACCOUNT

SORRY, I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have forgotten your password, just click on “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?” in the “LOG IN” Page and follow the instructions. 

You will receive an e-mail from Customer Support with a provisional password.For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES GRACIAWOMAN ACCEPT?

We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, Solo and Paypal.

We regret we cannot accept vouchers, cash as payment (via on-line or telephone) or cheques. 

Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT GRACIAWOMAN?

At Gracia Woman we take Data Protection very seriously. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to make sure your shopping is safe and secure. This encryption technology protects the data you send to us over the internet. For more details regarding security, please read our Privacy Policy. 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL?

Rest assure, your personal information will be kept PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL and at no point will we rent, disclose or sell any information.

To register at GRACIAWOMAN (https://www.graciawoman.com/customer/account/login/):

We will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. Also, when processing your order online we will need your billing address and shipping address, telephone number (in case we need to contact you), credit card number and expiration date.

If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

DOES GRACIAWOMAN SHIP TO PO BOXES?

We regret we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

If your order contains gifts vouchers (coming soon) or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

All the items we ship are insured whilst in transit from GRACIAWOMAN to the provided shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are not longer insured.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, you can refuse the delivery. We recommend you let us know straight away. 

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

We always require proof of delivery for all orders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature proof.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ON-LINE?

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting “MY ACCOUNT” in the followed by “MY ORDERS”.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.Therefore, please make sure you provide a suitable shipping address for the delivery.

HOW DO I RETURN, CANCEL OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 

If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by email to customerservices@graciawoman.com before we have despatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with below.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return the goods to  will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the items has been worn

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Standard UK Delivery (up to 7 working days) - Free

Next Day Express Delivery (Order by 1pm Monday to Thursday- excluding bank holidays) * £9.00 

Saturday delivery (Order by 1pm noon on Friday for Saturday delivery) *£6.00 

* This service is only available to addresses in the UK mainland.

  This excludes postcode areas beginning:  

   IM, GY, HS, BT, IV, JE, KW, ZE, KW, IV, AB, DD, PA, PH, FK KY, KA27-28, PA20-88, PH19-44 and PH49-50

Delivery to the Channel Islands

Standard Overseas Delivery (up to 12 working days) £12.00

Delivery to Europe

Zone 1 - £15.00

France, Netherlands, Germany, Eire, Luxemburg, Belgium and Austria

Zone 2 - £18.00

Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece

Your order will be delivered within 14 working days. Please, let us know your delivery experience. We trust on couriers will delivery your order on time, so any feedback would be welcome.

Delivery to Rest of the World- SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

We can deliver to other International Countries. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Please e-mail us to customerservices@graciawoman.com to arrange delivery and discuss payment fees.

International Customers will probably have to pay custom duties and taxes on their items.

Local fees and/or extra cost will not be included in your invoice. 

WHAT IS YOUR ETHICAL AND ENVIROMENTAL POLICY?

We are fully committed to supporting only organic production within our collections.

We will do everything possible to limit our carbon emission and our impact in the environment

Our fabric and potential garment suppliers must adhere to our policy and safe and fair practises within their organisation

We recycle everything we can. We only use recycled packaging for shipping and fabric packaging for garments (even our stickers are recycled!)

We will only use animal products that are a by-product of the meat industry. Our current collection only contains recycled leather that complies with EU policies.

We will always work alongside artisans and support traditional skills.
